Michael, Lisa, and Baby-on-the-way: New Home, New Tips for Sellers

Faced with needing more space for a growing family, Michael Connor and Lisa Hernadez decided to place their home on the market and look for something bigger. After months of searching, waiting, and trying to find a buyer for their home, the couple completed the sale and purchased a new place in the same town of Dumont. "You have to be patient and listen to your REALTOR®," said Michael.
